This was by far the best meal I have eaten in a very long time ! If you take a trip to Kilkenny you must visit the Stathams by Pembroke it is so worth it!
We stopped by for a quick lunch and both ordered the loaded hash browns. They were absolutely divinecrispy, fluffy, not overly sauced, and the portion size was massive. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.
